• Salary: $19.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment / 30 to 40 hours per week / Full time / Shift / Starts as soon as possible
• Benefit: 4% Vacation pay + Tip

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Determine the size of food portions and costs
2. Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
3. Requisition food and kitchen supplies
4. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
5. Inspect kitchens and food service areas
6. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
7. Order supplies and equipment
8. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
9. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
10. Clean kitchen and work areas
