Control Systems Engineer Job

Design, develop, and test embedded software and control algorithms for manufacturing systems for an automobile battery manufacturing company. Develop and maintain software architecture for PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) to monitor and control battery production lines. Manage the full software development life cycle for control systems, including requirement analysis, coding, debugging, and onsite deployment. Develop software interfaces to integrate control systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP databases for real-time data tracking. Analyze and resolve complex software bugs in automated sequences to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency in battery cell assembly. Create technical specifications, software logic flowcharts, and operational manuals for all newly developed control software.

• Associate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 2 years of experience in system control or development
