Control System Engineering Manager Job

Plan, direct, and oversee all engineering activities related to the installation, configuration, and optimization of control systems including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) for glass substrate manufacturing equipment. Plan and manage the full lifecycle of control system engineering projects by allocating engineering resources, managing budgets, and coordinating with manufacturing teams to execute firmware and hardware upgrades with minimal downtime. Direct the engineering team in developing and deploying control logic enhancements that optimize machine efficiency, stability, and glass substrate yield. Oversee regular audits of programmable logic and sensor networks to guarantee compliance with industry safety regulations and quality assurance metrics. Collaborate with plant management and cross-functional departments to develop long-term engineering strategies for manufacturing automation. Provide high-level engineering guidance on complex automation logic, system configuration, and electro-mechanical control troubleshooting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, followed by 5 years of progressive experience in equipment or system setup
