Seeking candidate with solid background in contract surety underwriting to perform independent risk analysis on new requests and existing relationships with agents and brokers. Bonds issued to companies including: construction firms, manufacturers and suppliers, and commercial enterprises for corporations.

Shall:

*** Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements.

*** Assess risk associated with direct requests from construction companies.

*** Evaluate financial condition, credit history, experience and character of prospective accounts.

*** Develop contractor client relationships.

*** Maintain accurate underwriting documentation in adherence to company standards and industry regulations.
