Job Description:

Job Requirements:
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities, safely supervising walks, park visits and community outings while supporting orientation and social inclusion.
• Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort by responding to changing needs with compassion, prompting and reassurance as required.
• Perform other duties related to personal care, providing occasional help with hygiene or dressing when the child requires prompts or hands-on support.
• Supervise patients' exercise routines, encouraging and supporting daily physical activity and therapeutic movement according to the family’s care plan.
• Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and respond promptly and calmly to requests for assistance or reassurance.
• Make beds and maintain patients' rooms to keep the child’s living space tidy, familiar and supportive of daily routines.
• Maintain inventory of supplies by monitoring and restocking essential items such as orientation aids, hygiene products and activity materials so routines are not interrupted.
Requirements:
• Secondary school or equivalent work experience
• At least serval months of related working experience
• Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Client focus, Interpersonal awareness, Reliability, Patience
