Consulting Director Job

Intellinum Inc seeks a Consulting Director in Plano, Texas. Job duties: Lead and manage a global Oracle project delivery team. Develop and implement best practices and methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery and high-quality outcomes. Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects from beginning to end, ensuring they deliver significant impact and value to customers. Conduct project delivery reviews, mentor team members, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Manage customer expectations and relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and solutions. Analyze customer business and technical requirements, and architect scalable, effective IT solutions. Develop comprehensive implementation strategies, formulate detailed project plans, and produce deliverables in collaboration with middle- and senior-level client personnel. Create business cases, perform ROI calculations, and develop capital budgets to support project recommendations and assist clients in decision-making processes. Assist the accounting team with project billing and invoicing to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

Need bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields, or foreign equivalence. Need 5 years’ experience as Solution Architect or related, including 5 years of experience in GAP analysis, custom interface design, prepare functional and technical documentation, collaborative with business users, and cross-team coordination to develop and refine tailored solutions.
