Construction Worker/ Construction Lbourers Job

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and general labor while following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and assist with concrete work.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and masons.
Erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform physically demanding work.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to safety.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
