Construction Supervisor Job

• Oversee, plan, and schedule the work of carpenters who build, repair, and maintain wood structures and other building materials, as well as cabinetmakers who create and fix custom wooden cabinets, furniture, fixtures, and related items in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Provide strategies for adhering to work schedules and coordinating tasks with other departments.
• Obtain supplies and resources on demand.
• Address issues at work and suggest actions to boost output.
• Address issues at work and make suggestions for actions to boost output.
• Provide or make arrangements for worker training.
• Encourage hirings and promotions among other personnel actions.
• Make sure that the requirements for safe working conditions are met.
• Make timetables and other reports.
• Oversee the management of their own businesses.
• Plan, supervise, and manage the work of laborers, assistants, and apprentices in a similar field.

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Worksite environment: Various locations
Personal suitability: Judgement, Reliability
