Come join our Team ! We are looking for a dynamic Construction supervisor to join our team.
Job duties:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of our construction workers
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare work progress reports
• May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers

• High school is required,
• A university degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline is an asset
• 2-3 years of work experience in the same field is required.
