Wage Offered: $45.00 hourly
Job Type: Full-time & permanent
Language Required: English
Experience Required: Three Years or more of related work experience
Minimum Education: High School
Start date of employment: As Soon As Possible

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, organize, and plan daily tasks for the crew
- Order and secure necessary building materials and job site inventory
- Pitch strategic updates to boost output and craftsmanship
- Develop efficient strategies to hit project deadlines
- Align operations with fellow subcontractors
- Prepare detailed reports regarding construction milestones and timelines
- Troubleshoot site issues
- Conduct hands-on training for crew members
- Assist in recruitment processes and promotion decisions
- Step in to perform tasks of the crew supervised, if necessary
- Carry out additional related tasks directed by the Management
