Job Description:
City Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will supervise roofing and exterior construction projects, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Job Duties:
• Supervise roofing and exterior construction crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate and schedule daily work activities and project timelines.
• Prepare production reports and monitor project progress.
• Recruit, train, and supervise workers as required.
• Estimate labour, material, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Set up and oversee the use of tools, equipment, and machinery on site.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve work-related issues.
• Communicate with management, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers regarding project requirements and schedules.
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in roofing, exterior renovations, or construction site supervision.
• Previous roofing industry experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and construction safety practices.
• Ability to lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 workers.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
Work Environment:
• Outdoors

• Dusty conditions
• Fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Weekend, early morning, and on-call work may be required
Employment Type:

Wage:
$40.00 – $41.00 per hour
Hours:
30 – 40 hours per week
