Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in construction or a related trade, including supervisory or lead-hand experience, is required
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks:

•Supervise workers and projects Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on residential, commercial, or industrial job sites
•Ensure construction work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
•Train or arrange for training
•Estimate costs and materials
•Identify potential delays, issues, or cost overruns and work proactively to resolve them.
•Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and problem-solving.
•Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. The candidate is responsible to Ensure workers follow applicable occupational health and safety requirements and company safety policies.
•Ensure the construction site remains organized, secure, clean, and properly maintained.
•Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and verify that deliveries meet project requirements.
•Leading/instructing individuals
