Salary: $38.50 hourly for 30-40 hours per week

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating skylight installation, repair, and service projects. This role involves supervising workers on site, organizing daily work activities, ensuring materials and equipment are available, monitoring project progress, and making sure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project requirements, company standards, and applicable building codes.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule workers involved in skylight installation, repair, servicing, glazing, framing, and related construction activities.
• Review project drawings, work orders, site conditions, and installation requirements to organize daily work activities.
• Assign duties to installers, glaziers, helpers, and labourers, and monitor work quality, safety, and productivity on site.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Ensure required skylight systems, glass panels, frames, sealants, tools, equipment, and supplies are available for each job.
• Inspect work in progress and completed installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements.
• Resolve site issues, delays, and installation problems, and recommend improvements to work methods and efficiency.
• Train workers on job duties, safe work procedures, proper equipment use, and company policies.
• Prepare basic work progress reports, site updates, and project-related records as required.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Experience: 2 years of work experience in the position
• Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience
• Languages: Proficiency in English
