Construction Site Supervisor Job

Golden Future Construction Ltd. is looking for one Construction Site Supervisor for their business located at 7496 118A Street, Delta, British Columbia, V4C 6K1. This is a full-time position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be performing following job duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site drywall installation activities, including steel stud framing, insulation, drywall hanging, taping and finishing
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues, while implementing strategies to improve work productivity and maintain high standards of product quality.
- Manage the requisition and inventory of materials and supplies to ensure the efficient execution of tasks.
- Train workers on job-specific duties, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure a knowledgeable and compliant workforce.
- May oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the business or specific project areas.
- Prepare and submit regular work progress reports to track project status, resource utilization, and performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 3-5 years of experience required.
- English as a Language skill is required.

What we offer:

- $38.00 per hour.
- 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.
- Terms of Employment: Full-time permanent position.
- Location of Work – Various locations all over Lower mainland.
