Construction Site Supervisor Job

Golden Future Construction Ltd. is looking for one Construction Site Supervisor for their business located at 7496 118A Street, Delta, British Columbia, V4C 6K1. This is a full-time position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be performing following job duties:

-Supervise and coordinate construction workers and labourers on residential and commercial projects.
-Schedule daily work activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
-Resolve site issues and improve work efficiency.
-Order construction materials and supplies.
-Train workers on job duties and safety procedures.
-Monitor work quality and safety compliance.
-Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
-Assist with hiring and worker evaluations.
-Supervise apprentices, helpers, and labourers.
-Support project coordination and company operations.

Job Requirements:

-Completion of secondary school is required.
-3-4 years of experience required.
-English as a Language skill is required.

What we offer:

-$38.00 per hour.
-4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.
-Terms of Employment: Full-time permanent position.
-Location of Work – Various locations all over Lower mainland.
