Responsibilities
Tasks
•Supervising construction teams on-site to ensure daily work is performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project plans.
•Planning and organizing daily work schedules, assigning tasks to crew members, and monitoring performance and progress.
•Coordinating with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and inspectors to maintain smooth workflow and address any issues that arise on-site.
•Ensuring that all materials, tools, and equipment are available, properly handled, and used effectively.
•Overseeing quality control throughout each phase of the project to ensure compliance with design requirements and safety standards.
•Identifying and resolving any on-site problems or delays by communicating with the crew and adjusting plans when necessary.
•Keeping accurate records of daily activities, including attendance, work completed, materials used, and progress updates for management review.
•Promoting a positive, safe, and productive work environment by enforcing company and occupational health and safety policies.
