Construction Site Supervisor Job

C Town Exterior is now hiring a Construction Site Supervisor to join our company. This position requires the Site Supervisor to work at various locations on sites in Calgary, AB.

Major Job duties include:
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers.
• Determine labor requirements and assign workers to construction sites.
• Request supplies and materials and assist in budgeting time needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure smooth operations by coordinating activities with other work units or subcontractors.
• Resolve work-related issues and suggest ways to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
• Train workers in their job duties and safety procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Prepare and submit progress, safety, and other reports

Our office is located at #601 4656 Westwinds Dr., NE, Calgary T3J 3Z5

We are offering a wage of $40.00/hour on a flexible 40 hours per week schedule. • Completion of Secondary School is required
• Previous experience in the related trade industry is required
• Team player - positive, reliable and motivated
• High level of fitness required, to complete a variety of physically demanding duties and work on flexible hours by shift
• Strong organizational skills and effective oral skills
• Able to supervise construction crews and other labours
• Speak and read English
• Valid driver’s license and able to travel to job sites in Calgary and surrounding area
