Construction Site Supervisor Job

Plan daily tasks and ensure work is completed on schedule, coordinating with other trades and subcontractors.
Supervise and organize the work of drywall installers, finishers, and other workers on site.
Make sure all work follows safety regulations and meets quality standards.
Order and manage materials, tools, and supplies needed for drywall projects.
Train workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Monitor worker performance and recommend hiring, promotions, or other changes.
Resolve work-related issues and support improvements in productivity and quality.
Keep records and prepare reports on job progress.
Supervise helpers, apprentices, and labourers involved in drywall work.
May manage the daily operations of the drywall company or specific job sites.

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
