Job Description:
Plan, organize, and implement work schedules to ensure timely completion of plumbing and mechanical projects.
Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, construction teams, and project managers to maintain smooth workflow on commercial and residential projects.
Supervise workers involved in plumbing installation, repairs, maintenance, heating systems, and mechanical services.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
Train staff on job duties, workplace safety procedures, and company policies to maintain high performance and compliance.
Monitor ongoing projects, identify issues, and resolve problems to improve productivity and efficiency.
Order, track, and manage materials, tools, and supplies required for plumbing and mechanical work.
Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and documentation to management.
Recommend hiring, promotions, and workforce adjustments based on project requirements.
Supervise apprentices, helpers, and labourers, and may assist in overall company operations.
