Construction Site Manager Job

A Construction Site Manager is needed in LaGrange, Georgia.

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work—including roads, foundations, drainage systems, and structural installations—is executed in accordance with construction plans, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Oversee construction crews and subcontractors to coordinate tasks, allocate resources, and maintain workflow efficiency throughout all project phases.
• Assist in reviewing and interpreting civil and structural engineering designs to guide field implementation and resolve construction-related issues as they arise.
• Monitor project timelines, material deliveries, and equipment usage to ensure that construction stays on schedule and within budget.
• Record daily site activity, including progress updates, safety checks, weather conditions, and material usage, and report key developments to project engineers and senior management.
• Coordinate on-site testing of soil, concrete, and other construction materials to ensure they meet project and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with civil engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve conflicts, approve minor modifications, and maintain alignment with overall project goals.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, progress reports, and compliance records related to construction activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field of study and 2 years of experience in construction industry.
