CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER Job

Main job duties:

• - Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
• - Manage construction projects and oversee quality control;
• - Be responsible for housing development initiatives, research and consultation related to housing development, program and project analysis, recommendations and implementation;
• - Be responsible for all key project documents and correspondence including the Project Charter, Project Work plan, project status reports, etc;
• - Track the progression of the project work through all project phases (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and close-out);
• - Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget;
• - Plan, consult and conduct a functional business analysis and provide recommendations that are client centered and value added;
• - Collaborate with clients, and project partners to ensure project services meet needs and requirements;

• Skills:
• - Construction experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• - Hold a college diploma in architectural technology, construction or in engineering.
• - Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• - Master the Microsoft Office suite.
• - Accreditation of a project management establishment or being in the process of obtaining it.
