Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School Education is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required
• Flexibility, organized, and team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate workers and construction projects at various job sites, including asphalt paving, roadway repair, parking lot construction, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate and schedule daily work activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
• Establish effective work methods to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and work quality.
• Requisition materials, tools, and supplies required for construction activities.
• Train workers or arrange for appropriate training to ensure safe and efficient job performance.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations and company safety policies are strictly followed on site.
• Communicate with other project supervisors or management to coordinate work activities when required.
