Construction Project Manager Job

F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $ 51.50/hr for 30 hours. Vacancy - 1.
Seeking a qualified person to plan, direct, implement, and evaluate construction projects. Apply project management methodologies to develop schedules, budgets, and project plans. Prepare project estimates and revise plans according to client requirements and project scope changes. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Control and manage project expenses within approved budgets. Direct construction operations and support the company’s strategic and annual growth objectives. Identify opportunities for business and operational improvements using project management principles. Review, evaluate, and monitor the performance of project teams and subcontractors against established project plans. Implement and maintain construction schedules while managing quality, safety, and cost risks. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, builders, suppliers, consultants, and staff. Establish relationships with builders and developers for new construction projects. Represent the company at client meetings, site meetings, and project coordination sessions. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and company policies.

Job requirements/skill sets:

Successful candidate must have a completion of a college diploma and experience of 2 years to less than 3 years as a construction supervisor; self-motivated and work well in a team environment. Strong English Language abilities
