Requirements:
• Completion of secondary education
• Training will be provided
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities:
• Locate, categorize, and transport construction materials, ensuring appropriate distribution between different project locations.
• Compile detailed worksheets and specifications from customer orders.
• Conduct quality control by comparing packed items with customer orders and other identifying data.
• Monitor the progress of work and report any material problems encountered.
• Track material inventory, place orders, and monitor order schedules for inventory control.
• Maintain communication with vendors to ensure timely shipment of supplies and equipment.
• Prepare material estimates to ensure sufficient materials are available to complete construction projects.
