Job Description:
Full-time | Steady work | Room to move up| Starting pay: $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Production
Scheduler to join our construction team in Arizona. This role is critical to ensuring projects stay on track, coordinating with field teams, and maintaining clear communication across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain an accurate construction job schedule and calendar
  • Coordinate daily with project managers, superintendents, and field supervisors
  • Track and organize work orders, change orders, and project documentation
  • Schedule warranty and punch list work to ensure timely completion
  • Align scheduling with project timelines, materials, and subcontractor availability
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules based on field conditions and priorities
  • Support efficient workflow between office staff and field crews


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction scheduling or subcontractor coordination
  • Familiarity with construction workflows, job sites, and project sequencing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Experience with construction software (e.g., Supply Pro, Hyphen Solutions) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong communication skills with both office personnel and field teams
  • Quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset


Physical Demand:

This position is primarily performed in an office setting and involves remaining seated for extended periods, operating a computer and standard office equipment, and performing repetitive motions such as typing. The role may occasionally involve standing, walking, bending, or lifting light items up to approximately 15 pounds. The employee must be able to read printed and electronic materials and communicate effectively in person and by phone.
