Construction Painter Job

-Apply paint, stain, varnishes, and protective coatings to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces.
-Operate spray painting equipment; spray paint experience is required.
-Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and filling holes or cracks.
-Remove old paint, markings, and damaged coatings.
-Perform minor repairs to surfaces prior to painting.
-Mask and protect adjacent areas during spray, brush, or roller applications.
-Maintain clean and safe job sites.
-Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
-Other related duties as assigned.

-High school diploma preferred.
-Minimum 6 months to 2 years of painting, renovation, construction, or related hands-on experience.
-Basic familiarity with painting tools, surface preparation, or spray painting equipment is required.
-On-the-job training will be provided to build on existing skills, improve techniques, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, professional finishes.
-Physically capable of repetitive work, lifting materials, standing for long periods, bending, and twisting.
-Flexible availability, including weekends when required.
