Job Description:
F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $ 55.56/hr. Vacancy - 1.
Seeking a qualified person who can plan, design, direct, and implement activities of the construction/renovation/installation projects. Follow project management methodologies to complete construction and renovation projects. Prepare estimates and present to clients. Follow budget estimates to complete project tasks. Direct all construction and operations functions in support of the company's strategic and annual growth plans. Formulate the schedules and milestones to achieve objectives as per the project plan. Review, evaluate, and monitor the work of the project and subcontractors/trades against the established project plan. Allocate resources to projects as per priority. Implement construction project schedules, control quality, and cost risks. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and staff. Represent the company in meetings.
Job requirements/skill sets:
A successful candidate must have completed a diploma or degree and have relevant experience of 1 year to less than 2 years; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
