Job duties:
• Develop a detailed project plan outlining the scope, timeline, budget, and resources required for the construction projects
• Estimate and submit the construction project budget
• Prepare work schedules to meet deadlines, monitor and adjust as needed to accommodate unexpected changes
• Prepare contracts and negotiate terms to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, and other parties
• Hire and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals
• Develop quality control programs and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Direct the purchase of building materials and assign to the subordinate staff
• Prepare progress reports and advise schedules to clients

Job Requirements:
Experience and Education requirements:
• Completion of a three or more-year program at a university in civil engineering or related program is required
• Three to five years of management experience is required
• Extensive experience in the construction industry or related field is required
