Construction Manager Job

REX STUCCO is looking to fill a permanent, fulltime position of Construction Manager who can perform the following, (Noc # 70010)

Job Duties:

-Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
-Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
-Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
-Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
-Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
-Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
-Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
-Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities
-Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions

Wages: $48.08 per hour for 40 hours per week

Job Requirements:

• A university degree in civil engineering or a college diploma in construction technology is usually required.
• A master's degree in project management may be required.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience is required.
