Construction Manager Job

- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients;
- Manage construction projects and oversee quality control;
- Be responsible for housing development initiatives, research and consultation related to housing development, program and project analysis, recommendations and implementation;
- Manage project documents and correspondence including the Project Contracts, Charter, Work plan, and status reports, etc;
- Track the progression of the project work through all project phases (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and close-out);
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget;
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Plan, consult and conduct a functional business analysis and provide recommendations that are client centered and value added;
- Collaborate with clients, and project partners to ensure project services meet needs and requirements.

- Construction experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Hold a college diploma in architectural technology, construction or in engineering.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Master the Microsoft Office suite.
