• Terms of Employment: Permanent & Full-Time Position

• Wage: $25.00/hour

• Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week

** Note: Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the
employee. As per operating our waste removal and construction services business, you
may be required to work at different work sites other than our registered company
address, depending on the project.

• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling at waste removal,
demolition, and excavation sites.
• Load and unload waste materials, debris, and salvaged items; transport materials to
designated areas.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively as
required.
• Assist in demolishing structures; sort, clean, and pile salvaged materials for recycling
or disposal.
• Remove rubble and debris using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other
equipment.
• Assist heavy equipment operators and signal operators to guide equipment
movement.
• Clean up chemical spills and assist in the removal of hazardous materials in
compliance with regulations.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
Job Requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary high school

• Experience: Prior 1 year of experience or knowledge in related field is preferred but not
required; on-the-job training will be provided

• Language: English

• Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

• Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots; Safety glasses/goggles; Gloves; Hard
hat; High-visibility vest

• Work Site Environment: Outdoors; on the road; exposed to varying weather conditions;
dusty; noisy; multiple work locations across HRM and surrounding areas

• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Frequent or constant travel required;
strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended
periods; excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude; willingness to learn new skills
and adapt to various tasks
