Job Type: Full-time, permanent position
Salary: $36-$38 per hour
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: 400A,1090 Don Mills Rd, North York, Ontario, M3C 3R6

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials to designated work areas.
• Support skilled trades professionals (including carpenters, bricklayers, and heavy machinery operators) by supplying tools and materials as needed.
• Prepare and clean construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations by clearing debris and eliminating potential hazards.
• Measure, mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as concrete and asphalt as required by the project.
• Operate and assist in the upkeep of construction tools and equipment under the supervision of experienced tradespeople.
• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, access ramps, and other temporary site structures.
• Carry out various physical tasks such as trench digging, surface leveling, and soil backfilling.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear to maintain a secure working environment.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors or site foremen.

Qualification Requirements
- Completion of college education is required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field such as installation, repair, or servicing is usually necessary.
- Physical Demands requires manual handling, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and working at heights.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
