Position: Construction General Manager
Wage: $85,000 annually for 30 Hours per week
Job Duties:
• Lead and oversee the overall operations of the Canadian entity, acting as a senior executive responsible for EV battery plant-related construction, heavy equipment handling, machinery moving, and relocation projects.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for industrial project execution in Canada, aligned with the company’s global business objectives.
• Coordinate with the Korea headquarters on project planning, reporting, business decisions, and operational standards.
• Manage large-scale site operations for EV battery manufacturing facilities, including equipment delivery, installation preparation, relocation, and field execution.
• Supervise heavy equipment mobilization, machinery transport, rigging, and installation support for plant construction and expansion works.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, manpower allocation, subcontractor performance, and overall site productivity.
• Maintain close communication with clients, including project stakeholders involved in EV battery plant construction and industrial facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian safety regulations, industrial standards, environmental requirements, and company procedures.
• Lead and mentor project managers, site supervisors, engineers, and field teams to achieve efficient project delivery.
• Support business development, contract management, and long-term client relationship building in Canada and North America.

A university degree, or a college diploma combined with relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of management experience in construction or a related field.
