PALL-CON CONSTRUCTION LTD. has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Estimators (NOC: 22303) at our location in Schomberg, Ontario.
As a, Construction Estimators (NOC: 22303) you will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Prepare and estimate budget costs of materials, labour and equipment for construction projects by carefully studying plans, drawings, and specifications
• Evaluate offers to purchase based on site requirements, material additions, and costing changes
• Write, prepare, and present budgets, cost reports, and project plans to management
• Establish, manage, and maintain the tendering and bidding process
• Work closely with engineers, architects, project owners, and contractors on feasibility studies and adjust cost estimates when required
• Resolve cost discrepancies by analyzing data and collecting relevant project information
• Stay up to date with safety codes, construction standards, and industry improvements
• Assist in maintaining and updating a directory of suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors
• Manage and coordinate construction projects and prepare construction progress schedules.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines under pressure.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (30 to 40 hours/week)
Compensation: $60,500 annually
