We’re looking for a Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our condominium, town home, and single-family projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget. You’ll work closely with our sales team, project managers, and field staff to streamline processes and deliver the high-quality homes Mosaic is known for.

Responsibilities
Partner with the sales team during the Pre-Construction Design Phase
Prepare pre-development budgets to support sales and planning
Distribute plans, specifications, and selections for accurate pricing
Develop and review detailed project estimates with the team
Create and monitor initial construction timelines throughout each project
Coordinate selections with interior designers.
Price and send change orders to clients.
Issue and manage purchase orders with trade partners
Track progress to keep projects on schedule and aligned with budgets
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree or 2 years in Business, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Construction Management (preferred)

Experience: Prior background in Construction, Finance, Office Management, or related work (preferred)
Skills:
Team-oriented and collaborative
Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with bookkeeping basics
Location
This is an in-person role based in Grand Rapids, MI with regular involvement in Lakeshore projects (Holland to New Buffalo).
