Job Description
• Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
• Load, unload, and transport scaffolding, ladders, tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
• Support the installation and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, outlets, lighting systems, and circuit breakers.
• Provide electricians with required materials, tools, and supplies using hand carts, trucks, or manual handling.
• Assist in replacing faulty fuses, switches, circuit breakers, wiring, and other electrical or electronic components.
• Help remove and replace outdated fuse boxes and related electrical equipment.
• Hold ladders and provide safety support while electricians perform work at heights.
• Unpack and prepare electrical fixtures such as lights, chandeliers, fans, and related equipment for installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including collecting debris and cleaning the site after work completion.
• Perform additional support tasks and duties as assigned by the supervising electrician
Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school completion will be an asset
• On-the-job training provided
• Previous experience of working in a relevant field will be an asset
Additional Skills:
• Critical thinking, working with others, problem solving, continuous learning
Language requirements:
Basic English
Location of Work:
Candidates will be required to work for various locations in Greater Vancouver & Lower Mainland depend upon the Company's contracts.
Security and safety guidelines must always be kept in mind and be strictly followed at all the times. Hard hat, safety glasses and steel toe-cap shoes are must while performing the job duties. We provide safety gears.
