Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $34.62 per hour
Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM every day (5 days a week)
Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Surrey, BC, and other Lower Mainland (BC) areas as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Position duties:

● Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
● Empty trash cans and other waste containers are located at the construction sites.
● Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for the next day's work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
● Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
● Clean walls, floors, ceilings, etc.
● Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
● Move cleaning equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.
Position requirements:

● Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.
● No specific language requirement.
● Candidates should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions.
