Construction Cleaner Job

Abbcan Drywall Construction Ltd. is looking for two construction cleaners for their business located at 4588-272 Street, Langley BC, V4W 1N3. This position is full time with 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week. Part-time workers are welcome to apply.

As a Construction cleaner, you will be performing the following job duties:
-Collect and dispose of construction debris, such as wood scraps, nails, and other leftover materials.
-Remove large items like broken bricks, tiles, and unused materials from the site.
-Sweep and vacuum all floors to remove dust, dirt, and other particles.
-Wipe down surfaces including walls, windows, and fixtures to remove construction dust.
-Empty all trash bins and remove all rubbish from the site.
-Ensure that hazardous materials are disposed of properly according to regulations
-Mop and scrub hard floors to remove any stains or construction materials
-Clean carpets by vacuuming and spot cleaning as necessary.

-No experience required , on the job training will be provided.

-No specific language required.
-Location of Work - Various locations all over Lower Mainland.

What we offer:
-$22.05 per hour
-4% vacation pay
