Construction Cleaner Job

Golden Future Construction Ltd is looking to hire two Construction Cleaners for their business located at 7496 118A Street, Delta BC, V4C 6K1. This position is full-time with 8 hours a day, and 40 hours per week. We welcome part-timers as well to apply for this position.

As a Construction cleaner, you will be performing the following job duties:

- Collect and dispose of construction debris, such as wood scraps, nails, and other leftover materials.
- Remove large items like broken bricks, tiles, and unused materials from the site.
- Sweep and vacuum all floors to remove dust, dirt, and other particles.
- Wipe down surfaces including walls, windows, and fixtures to remove construction dust.
- Empty all trash bins and remove all rubbish from the site.
- Ensure that hazardous materials are disposed of properly according to regulations
- Mop and scrub hard floors to remove any stains or construction materials
- Clean carpets by vacuuming and spot cleaning as necessary.

What we offer:
- $22.05 per hour
- 4% vacation pay
