Confirmation Specialist Job

We are seeking a confident and experienced Confirmation Specialist to help manage and protect our appointment pipeline.
In this role, you will speak with homeowners, confirm appointments, reduce no-shows, and help ensure our team is meeting with serious and qualified prospects. This is a fast-paced phone role for someone who knows how to keep conversations focused and get results.

Responsibilities:

Confirm appointments with homeowners by phone
Ensure decision-makers are available for the appointment
Reconfirm interest and project details
Reschedule appointments and help recover cancellations
Enter clear and accurate notes into the CRM

Pay
Base pay + performance bonuses
Higher performance = higher earning potential

Schedule: Sunday to Friday
8–9 hours daily

This is not a passive reminder role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the call, maintain appointment quality, and help drive strong outcomes.

Requirements:

Strong and professional phone presence
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center work
Comfortable handling objections and maintaining commitment
Organized, dependable, and performance-driven
Able to thrive in a high-volume calling environment
MUST have experience in home improvement
