Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate concrete pumps to deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites with precision and efficiency, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and equipment maintenance.
Experienced operating a concrete pump is required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and drive concrete pump trucks to and from construction sites
· Safely set up pump and hoses, ensuring proper placement and stability
· Control the operation of the pump and communicate with the crew to ensure accurate concrete placement
· Clean and maintain pump and related equipment after each job
· Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working order
· Complete required paperwork, such as job tickets and daily inspection reports
· Adhere to all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards and procedures
· Maintain professional demeanor with clients, coworkers, and the public
· Communicate effectively with management, dispatchers, and team members.
Qualifications:
Experienced operating a concrete pump is required.
· Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class B minimum required
· Clean driving record
· High school diploma or (GED)
· Previous experience operating a concrete pump is required.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of concrete pumping equipment
· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects (up to 75 LBS)
· Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
