Concrete forms carpenter Job

Responsibilities and tasks
As a Concrete forms carpenter with Modular Precast Systems Inc., you will:
- Read blueprints, drawings, modular shop drawings, and sketches to determine work
requirements.
- Prepare layouts in conformance with building codes and modular/precast installation
specifications using measuring tools.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes,
lightweight steel, and other construction materials.
- Assist with installation and alignment of modular and precast building components.
- Supervise and coordinate crews of 3–10 workers, subcontractors, and apprentices.
- Instruct apprentices and other labourers/helpers to complete tasks.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements
- Language: English.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry, modular construction,
precast systems, or related construction environments.
- Equipment and machinery experience: Steel-toed safety boots and basic hand tools.
