Job Duties:
??? Prepare, place, and finish concrete surfaces for commercial projects.
?? Set, align, and check forms, edges, and grades to meet project specifications.
?? Operate hand tools and small power tools used in concrete finishing work.
?? Follow jobsite safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
?? Patch, repair, and smooth concrete as needed to achieve the required finish.
?? Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete pours on schedule.
? Inspect finished work for quality, level, texture, and proper curing conditions.
?? Assist with general site cleanup, material handling, and related labour duties.
Job Requirements:
?? Seasonal work annually from April to November.
?? Completion of secondary school is an asset.
? 3 years experience in concrete finishing is required.
?? Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
??? Comfortable using trowels, screeds, floats, and other finishing tools.
?? Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent finishes.
?? Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a crew.
?? Reliable transportation to and from job sites may be required.
