We are focused on the Building Restoration industry and are capable of providing a wide range of exterior building envelope repair services. We have worked with hundreds of clients for residential buildings in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Concrete Finisher will support residential construction, renovation, and building restoration projects across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area by performing concrete placement, leveling, finishing, resurfacing, and repair work on a variety of structures and surfaces. The role includes preparing and restoring concrete areas, applying curing and sealing materials, and assisting with exterior building envelope repair work where needed. This position requires dependable attendance, solid trade skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with supervisors and other trades on active job sites.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect surfaces, formwork, and reinforcement materials before concrete work begins.
• Place, spread, and compact concrete for restoration and repair projects.
• Smooth and level freshly poured concrete to required specifications.
• Finish concrete surfaces using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Install fixtures such as anchor bolts, steel plates, and door sills in fresh concrete.
• Apply curing, sealing, waterproofing, and damp-proofing materials.
• Repair, restore, and resurface worn or damaged concrete on residential buildings and exterior structures.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience: 2 years of work experience as a Concrete Finisher
• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Language: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
