Position Description

Set-up Plaza Club and menu items to brand standards and maintains a clean and comfortable eating area while greeting guests and answering questions in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Sets up food & beverage from 6am - 10am.

Prepares food and beverage to brand standard program guidelines

Ensures food items are replenished and available to guests.

Cleans tables, chairs and floor area.

Adheres to hotel and brand safety and security procedures in addition to local, county and city health department standards.

Provides genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.
