Job Description:

Evaluate software or hardware and recommend improvements or upgrades. Answer company employees' inquiries regarding computer problems and operations in the process of business operation. Perform minor repairs of hardware and peripheral equipment. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems or software. Provide assistance concerning the use of computer, hardware and software for company employees engaging in the computer related work.
