Perform follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect information and maintain problems & solutions logs for the users.
Maintain records of daily communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken.
Can redesign documents or user manuals if required.
Assist clients with the installation of upgrades.
Provide proper network, and internet support to the users.

We offer a Wage of $30.70/hour for 40 hours per week.
