Job Description:
1. Design and implement integrated computer systems for controlling and monitoring PCBA production equipment (e.g., SMT machines, AOI, reflow ovens).
2. Ensure seamless data flow between design software, production systems, and ERP/MES platforms
3. Support and maintain ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
4. Ensure accurate tracking of materials, production status, and inventory.
5. Ensure compatibility and data flow between PCB design tools and production systems.
6. Assist in managing design files like Gerber, BOM, and Pick & Place files.
7. Monitor and manage databases that store component data, production logs, and QC reports.
8. Generate custom reports and dashboards for various departments.
9. Develop or support automation tools/scripts to reduce manual work.
10. Optimize workflows for efficiency and reduced error rates.
11. Provide technical support to production, engineering, and quality control teams.
12. Troubleshoot system errors.
13. Maintain security of sensitive data such as design files and customer information.
14. Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery plans are in place.
