Job Description:
JOB DUTIES :
1. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware system functioning, including enhancements and errors in coordination with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
2. Provide internal users in both English and Spanish with technical guidance and ensure smooth operation of business systems.
3. Monitor and maintain company hardware infrastructure and systems to ensure proper performance, adherence to internal policies, and alignment with IT objectives.
4. Solve business problems by developing and implementing software reporting and automation tools to streamline recurring tasks and internal processes.
5. Support ongoing configuration, testing, and maintenance of ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics GP (including sales, inventory, and financial modules), Management Reporter, and WP Control CRM.
6. Analyze departmental software needs and propose technical solutions that improve operational efficiency and data flow.
7. Participate in projects involving process optimization, risk reduction, and improvements to overall system performance based on user feedback and company goals.
Education Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems (Foreign equivalent OK)
