Computer Systems Analyst - Medallia Job

1. Configure Medallia customer feedback platform, including survey design, dashboards, case management, and text analytics.
2. Create and customize surveys, email templates, and reporting components using HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript in accordance with system requirements and technical standards.
3. Develop and deploy AI-enabled dashboards within Medallia, including text analytics dashboards to process structured and unstructured feedback (survey comments, chat transcripts, and reviews), enabling real-time reporting, monitoring, and delivering actionable insights for business teams.
4. Develop secure API integrations by implementing OAuth/JWT authentication and using JavaScript based payload assembly to ensure reliable, compliant, and scalable request/response processing.
5. Configure and manage integrations to enable real time data synchronization between Medallia Experience Cloud and external systems, leveraging event based triggers and optimized batching/threading configurations for high performance.
6. Integrate Medallia AI-enabled analytics with CRM and BI platforms to enable workflow automation and reporting.
7. Design and implement multi-channel surveys and advanced reporting dashboards across web, mobile, and SMS to collect, process, and report feedback.
8. Translate insights from Medallia dashboards and reports into actionable system and process improvements.
9. Configure and deploy platform enhancements and application updates to support evolving business requirements.
10. Support platform architecture, enhancements, and workflow automation to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
11. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Medallia platform with enterprise systems and digital applications.
12. Monitor feedback metrics and system performance to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process and platform optimization.
13. Design and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) models in Medallia to identify and analyze feedback trends.
14. Develop and automate advanced VoC dashboards, AI-enabled reporting, and closed-loop workflows to route survey responses and customer feedback to appropriate cross-functional teams for timely resolution and actionable insights.
15. Support Medallia platform architecture initiatives, including cross-platform integrations and scalable data pipelines supporting analytics and AI-enabled reporting.
16. Evaluate Medallia features and analytics tools, and implement platform enhancements to support evolving business requirements and advanced analytics functionality.

Travel required to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience required.
