Computer Systems Analyst Job

Computer Systems Analyst is needed to perform the following duties :

• Assess and improve pharmacy computer systems (e.g., PrimeRx, EHR).
• Research medication-related insurance claim denials.
• Follow up on unpaid and underpaid pharmacy claims.
• Draft and submit appeals to insurance payers.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of pharmacy system data.
• Monitor outcomes of denial reviews and suggest improvements.
• Handle NDC billing data and related coding denials.
• Compare actual vs expected medication reimbursement rates.
• Apply Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance guidelines.
• Provide technical support to pharmacy system users.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work independently with strong organizational skills.

Bachelor’s degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Information Sciences or Information Systems or Information Technology
